  • How should the Varifocal lenses or ring-light to be connected to the Flexia?
    The ringlight can be connected to the Flexia easily by pushing in the lens to the Flexia. The red dot on the lens should be at same direction with the trigger button on the Flexia. If the lens connected wrong position, the LED's won't light up.
  • What are the system requirements for OptiPix?

    Please see the related document in the Download Center

  • The image color and quality are not accurate\representive\good. What to do?

    Click to Device Properties in OptiPix and set default values. If you are not satisfied with the default values you can adjust the properties. Please refer to the OptiPix and Flexia Definition User Manual for more information.

  • The Flexia image is not visible in OptiPix. What to do?

    Check if the Flexia is connected to the PC and also recognized. In OptiPix make sure that correct device is selected. Please refer to OptiPix user manual for further information. If you are still getting trouble having live image, please feel free to contact us.

  • The M20x-HD/W10x-HD/W30x-HD image is not visible in OptiPix via PCI Frame Grabber. What to do?

    Check the PCI frame grabber connected and installed correctly. In OptiPix make sure that correct device is selected and output format matches with camera. Please refer to OptiPix and camera user manual for further information. If you are still getting trouble having live image, read the support document in the Downloads Section.

  • Where can I download the drivers for PCIe / Desktop USB 3.0 HD Frame Grabber Drivers?

    Officially latest supported Black Magic drivers is 10.3.0

  • Is your W30x-HD system RoHS compliant?

    Yes, all Optilia HD Inspection systems are RoHS compliant!
